Lead Lined And Sound Rated Doors and Frames

At ABC we can lead line your door or frame with 1/16th lead up to ¼ inch of lead. Doors can be made of 16 or 18-gauge steel, with steel stiffeners. Door sizes are available up to 4’ by 8’. Frames can be made with standard or custom profiles to fit the end users needs.

Our Sound rated assemblies come with an STC 46 rating. Which can also cary a fire rating. Our sound resistant assemblies offer a solution for the reduction of sound transmission.
